Lebogang believes that realizing the rights and potential of every child is essential not only in itself but also for the sustainable future of communities and nations and the achievement of a prosperous and fair global society.

She brings over twelve years’ experience in programme management, monitoring, evaluation and learning, and institutional fundraising as part of international NGOs in the field of human rights, including more than four years in the Global South (Burundi, Rwanda, and Nepal).
